Campaign Kit Terms

1. About these Terms

These Campaign Kit Terms ("Terms") cover every purchase of a campaign kit from EZ FLOW LABZ SDN. BHD. (Reg. No. 202201026529 (1472226-H)) ("EZ FLOW LABZ", "we", "us"), made through our shop at app.ezflow.my/book/ezflowlabz or any other address we point you to, and your use of the kit files, your download link at kit.ezflowlabz.com and the buyers-only community.

By ticking the box at checkout and paying, you ("you", "the buyer") agree to these Terms. If you buy for a company or other business, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these Terms for it, and "you" includes that business. You must be 18 or over to buy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not buy.

These Terms are separate from our Terms of Service, which cover our booking and missed call text back service. Where this page and that one differ, this page governs the kits.

2. What you are buying

2.1 Campaign Kit

A one-time payment for the Campaign Kit as it exists on the day you buy: the templates, prompts, guides and files listed on the shop page, plus fixes and improvements that we make to that same kit. It does not include new campaign kits, the community or access to Azrul.

2.2 Campaign Kit: All Access

A one-time payment for all of the following:

• The Campaign Kit and every update we make to it.
• Every new campaign kit we release, for as long as section 5 says.
• The buyers-only community described in section 6.
• Direct access to Azrul inside that community, as section 6 describes.

2.3 What is not included

Neither option includes any of the following, and we never owe them to you under these Terms:

• Custom work, done-for-you campaigns, editing, design or copywriting for you.
• One-to-one calls, coaching sessions or meetings.
• Advertising spend, or accounts on any advertising platform.
• Subscriptions to third-party tools, such as AI image or video tools, that the kit shows you how to use. Those tools have their own prices and terms.
• Any other EZ FLOW LABZ or EzFlow product or service.
• Any kit, update or feature that we have not yet released. Previews, roadmaps and examples on the shop page or in the community are plans, not promises.

3. Price and payment

• Currency and taxes. Prices are in Malaysian ringgit (RM). EZ FLOW LABZ is not registered for Sales and Service Tax, so no SST is added. If that changes, we will say so on the shop page before you pay.
• The price you pay. The price shown at checkout on the day you pay is the price. You pay online through our payment provider at checkout. We do not hold your bank or card details.
• When your order is confirmed. Your order is confirmed only when our payment provider confirms the payment. A payment that fails, is cancelled or is reversed does not create an order, and we may stop or revoke a download link that was issued on it.
• Launch price. All Access is sold at a launch price for a limited time. The launch price and, where we set one, the date it ends are shown on the shop page. We may end or extend the launch price. What you paid is final: a later price change never costs you more and never earns you a part refund.
• Upgrading. If you buy the Campaign Kit and later want All Access, email us. Where we offer an upgrade, we may credit what you paid for the Campaign Kit against the All Access price. We are not obliged to offer an upgrade.
• Invoice. We issue an invoice for each order to the email address you gave at checkout.

4. Delivery

• How. After payment we send your personal download link by WhatsApp to the phone number you gave at checkout and by email to the email address you gave. The link opens your kit at kit.ezflowlabz.com. All Access buyers also receive their community invite there.
• When. Normally within minutes. If you have not received your link within 24 hours of a confirmed payment, email hello@ezflowlabz.com with your invoice number.
• Your details. You are responsible for giving a correct WhatsApp number and email address. If you gave the wrong ones, tell us and we will resend to the corrected details, but we are not responsible for a delay caused by details you got wrong.
• Your link is personal. It identifies you. Do not publish it or pass it on. If a link is shared beyond the buyer, we may replace it with a new one and stop the old one.
• Keep your own copy. We keep your link working for as long as we sell campaign kits (see section 5). Download and keep your own copy of anything you rely on.

5. Updates, new kits and what "for life" means

5.1 Updates to the Campaign Kit

Both options include fixes and improvements we make to the Campaign Kit itself. We decide what to change and when. We may also replace, retire or rename parts of the kit as tools and platforms change.

5.2 New campaign kits (All Access only)

All Access includes every new campaign kit that we release under the Campaign Kit line. New kits appear at your same link as we release them, with no extra payment. We decide what each kit covers, how many we release and when. We do not promise a fixed number of kits in any period, and a quiet period is not a breach of these Terms.

5.3 "For life"

"For life", "lifetime" and "once, for life" mean for as long as EZ FLOW LABZ sells campaign kits, not for your lifetime and not forever. If we stop selling campaign kits, we will tell All Access buyers by email at least 90 days before access at kit.ezflowlabz.com ends, so that you can download what you want to keep. Everything you have downloaded stays yours to use under section 7. No refund is due when the kit line ends, because you received what you paid for while it ran.

5.4 Separate products

A product that we sell separately under its own name and price is not part of the Campaign Kit line, even if it is also a kit. Where a release is ambiguous, we will say on its page whether All Access includes it.

6. The community and access to Azrul (All Access only)

• Invite. All Access buyers receive an invite to the buyers-only community with their download link. The community runs on a third-party messaging platform that we choose. We may move it to another platform with notice.
• What "direct access to Azrul" means. Azrul reads the community himself and answers questions about using the kits there, normally within 3 working days (Malaysia). This is help with the kits. It is not consulting, not a review of your business, not a guarantee of a reply within any set time, and not one-to-one calls or messages outside the community.
• Rules. Be respectful. Do not spam, advertise, recruit or sell to other members. Do not share other members' details, messages or work outside the community. Do not post anything unlawful, abusive or infringing, and do not post the kit files or your link.
• Removal. We may remove anyone who breaks these rules, or whose payment is reversed, without refund. Removal ends community access only. It does not affect the kit files you have already received.
• Members' advice. Anything another member says in the community is their view, not ours. We are not responsible for it.
• Ending the community. The community is part of the Campaign Kit line and ends with it under section 5.3, with the same 90 days' notice.

7. Your licence to use the kit

We own, or hold the rights to, everything in the kit. When your payment is confirmed we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the kit as this section says. We keep every right we do not expressly give you.

7.1 What you may do

• Use the kit to plan and run campaigns for your own business, including any brand you own.
• Use the kit to run campaigns for your clients, if you are an agency or freelancer. The output you produce for a client is yours and theirs; the kit itself is not.
• Edit, adapt and translate the templates and prompts for those campaigns.
• Publish the ads, posters, videos and posts you make with the kit.

7.2 What you may not do

• Resell, rent, lend, sub-license or give away the kit, any part of it, or your download link.
• Share the kit files with anyone other than people who work for you or for your agency and need them to run your campaigns under your supervision. You are responsible for what they do with the kit.
• Upload the kit to any public place, shared drive, marketplace, course or group, or include it in any product, template pack, course or service that you sell or give away.
• Present the kit, its templates or its method as your own product, or remove our name or notices from the files.
• Use the kit to build, train or improve a competing kit, template pack or AI product.

7.3 Third-party material

The kit may refer to or include material under its own licence, such as fonts, stock images, AI tools or platform assets. That material is governed by its own licence, and you are responsible for following it. Where the kit shows you how to use an AI tool, you are responsible for that tool's terms, for what you generate with it and for any rights in your own inputs, such as photos of your products.

7.4 If you break this section

If you break section 7, your licence ends at once, we may stop your download link and remove you from the community without refund, and we may take legal action to recover our losses.

8. Refunds

The kit is digital content that we deliver straight away, so once your download link has been sent there is no refund for a change of mind, for not using the kit, for buying the wrong option, or because a campaign did not perform. By buying you agree that delivery starts at once and that you lose any cooling-off right from that moment.

We refund you in full if any of the following happens:

• We cannot deliver a working download link within 7 days of your confirmed payment and you have given us correct contact details.
• You were charged more than once for the same order. We refund the extra charges.
• The kit is clearly not what the shop page described on the day you bought it, you tell us within 14 days of delivery, and we cannot put it right within 14 days of your message.

To claim, email hello@ezflowlabz.com with your invoice number and what went wrong. We reply within 5 working days and pay any refund to the account the payment came from within 14 days of agreeing it. A refund ends your licence and your community access, and you must delete your copies of the kit.

Chargebacks. Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank. If you dispute a payment after receiving your link, we may suspend your link and community access while the dispute runs, and if the dispute is decided in your favour your licence ends and section 7.4 applies.

Nothing in this section removes any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or any other law in Malaysia that cannot be excluded.

9. Your responsibilities

• Use the kit lawfully. Your ads, posts and messages must comply with the rules of each platform you publish on and with the law where you publish, including advertising, consumer and data protection law.
• Everything you publish is yours. You are responsible for its claims, its accuracy, any rights in photos or music you use, and how you treat your customers' personal data.
• Keep your contact details with us current, so that updates, notices and new kits reach you.
• Do not use the kit, your link or the community in a way that damages our name, our systems or other buyers.

10. Results and disclaimers

The kit shows a method and gives you files to run it. We provide it "as is". We make no promise about the sales, bookings, reach, ad costs or any other result you will get, because those depend on your offer, your market, your budget, the platforms you publish on and the third-party tools you use, none of which we control. Examples and figures on the shop page, in the kit or in the community show what has happened for some people, not what will happen for you. Output from AI tools can be wrong, and you must check it before you publish. We do not promise that the kit will be free of errors, or that it will stay current with every platform change, although we fix and update it under section 5.

11. Our liability

• Cap. Our total liability to you for everything connected to a kit purchase, in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, is limited to the amount you paid us for that purchase.
• What we are not liable for. We are not liable for lost profit, lost sales, lost data, wasted ad spend, loss of goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss, even if we were told it might happen; or for anything caused by a third-party platform or tool, by your own content, or by your breach of these Terms.
• What this section does not do. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of Malaysia.

12. Your personal data

We use your name, phone number and email address to deliver your purchase, issue your invoice, send you updates and new kits, run the community and give you support. We send you offers only if you ticked the optional box at checkout, and you can stop them at any time by replying STOP or emailing us. Our Privacy Policy explains more, including your rights under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for future purchases. When we do, we change the version and the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. The version in force on the day you paid governs your purchase, except that we may update the community rules in section 6 and the practical delivery details in section 4 for every buyer with 14 days' notice by email, as long as the change does not take away what you paid for.

14. Governing law and disputes

• Talk to us first. If you have a problem, email hello@ezflowlabz.com. Most problems are a wrong number or a missed email, and we fix them in a day.
• Governing law. These Terms and any dispute connected to them are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
• Where. The courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, nothing stops you bringing a claim to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia where it has jurisdiction.

15. General

• Whole agreement. These Terms, the shop page description on the day you bought, and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about your kit purchase. They replace any earlier page, post, message or conversation about it.
• Electronic agreement. Ticking the box at checkout is your signature. We may send notices, invoices and agreements to the email address you gave at checkout, and they count as being in writing.
• Transfer. You may not transfer your purchase, licence or community place to anyone else. We may transfer these Terms to an affiliate or to a company that takes over our business or the Campaign Kit line, and it will honour them.
• Severability. If any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, that part is changed as little as needed to make it enforceable, and the rest still applies.
• No waiver. If we do not enforce a right, we have not given it up.
• Events outside our control. Neither side is responsible for a delay caused by something outside its reasonable control, such as a platform, payment provider or messaging outage, but that does not excuse paying for what you bought.
• Language. These Terms are written in English. If they are translated, the English version controls to the extent the law allows.
• Headings and summaries. Headings and "the short version" box are for convenience only and do not change the meaning of these Terms.
