You pay $2 each time a customer books through your page, and nothing in a month with no bookings. Two things to know: the text comes from a US line we set up for your business, not from your own number, and carriers take a few days to approve texting before it switches on.

When you miss a call, the caller gets a text with your booking link. They pick a service and a time online. They get a confirmation and a reminder, and you see the booking in your dashboard.

Yes, you keep your number. When you don't answer, the call forwards to a line we set up for your business. That line sends the text, which opens with your business name. Switching forwarding on takes about two minutes.

A booking is a time a customer books on your page. If they cancel or reschedule before the job, it is not counted. If a customer does not show, mark it as a no-show. Your first 3 each month are free. After that, a no-show counts as a booking.

Your booking page is usually ready within a week. US phone carriers have to approve business texting. We file that for you, and it takes a few days. Text back switches on as soon as it is approved.

There is no contract. It is month to month and you can cancel anytime. When you cancel, new bookings stop and so does your bill.
